On 3 April the Partners in Domański Zakrzewski Palinka were joined by Rafał Hajduk. Rafał will lead the energy advisory team in the Infrastructure & Energy Practice, headed by Marcin Krakowiak. 

Rafał is a prominent expert in transaction advice and legal services to businesses in the energy sector. He specialises in supporting energy infrastructure, particularly power generation, investments, in regulatory matters, mergers and acquisitions in the energy sector and energy and derivates trading. He is official Polish legal counsel to the European Federation of Energy Traders. Before joining DZP he headed the Polish energy practice in an international law firm.

"Rafał is a great lawyer, combining extensive knowledge with a business approach. I am confident that his wide experience and understanding of the sector will be a major support to our clients." said Marcin Krakowiak, head of DZP's Infrastructure & Energy Practice.  

Grzegorz Filipowicz, Senior Associate, and Associates: Anna Konopka, Natalia Jankowska and Mateusz Koszel will be joining Rafał in the Infrastructure & Energy Practice. The new team members will join forces with Partner Paweł Grzejszczak, a leading expert in legal support to the energy sector.
