In the end of March this year, the European Parliament approved the so-called Single-Use Plastics Directive. Poland has only 2 years to transpose those provisions into its domestic legal system. The cost of introduction and maintenance of the new system, running in billions of zlotys, will be a burden mainly for entrepreneurs.
