International Consultancy Firm specialized in Public Grants and dedicated to advice companies in the integral management of State Aids for financing R&D&I projects is looking for a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR for its subsidiary in Warsaw.
The Business Development Director will manage the following tasks:
1.The representation of the firm in Poland, leading and managing the commercial and business strategy, adding new clients and finding business opportunities addressing the firm services to the Business Community.
2.The establishment of business relationships with prospects, clients and with government agencies.
3.The development of the brand from cero to a respectable level of public recognition: Participating in business conferences, writing press articles, organizing joint events with government agencies, etc.
4.The organization and leading of the staff of the firm, with two young consultants to begging with.
Profile: A Senior Consultant with more than 12 years of relevant experience in sales of business to business services. He/she must have access at top level within business circles, extensive to governmental and social environments.

Excellent communication skills, good public relations person

Lots of initiative, hard worker, and a leader.
Location: Warsaw.
Remuneration: A competitive salary and benefits will be offered.
Educational Background: University Degree.
Languages: English. Spanish will be a plus.
Experience: At least 12 years of experience in consulting and sales of services to companies (B2B) in the country.
