As part of XXI Economic Forum a panel discussion on the theme of Social protection – driving force of development? Employee share ownership, pension schemes, health insurance … “, will take place on 7 September at 4.00 p.m.

The discussion will be organized by three partner firms: Mazars – a leading audit and advisory firm, Gide Loyrette Nouel – a prestigious law firm, and Gras Savoye Polska – the biggest insurance broker. The debate will be moderated by Tomasz Lis – TV journalist and editor-in-chief of Wprost weekly. The session will take place under the patronage of the Polish Information and Foreign Investments Agency (PAIiIZ).

Guests invited to the debate will focus on the presentation of the most interesting and innovative solutions concerning employee benefits programmes. The debaters will discuss about examples of employee incentives projects in Poland and abroad as well as the effectiveness of this specific solutions.

The following guests will participate in the debate: Sławomir Majman – President of PAIiIZ, Rafał Baniak – Undersecretary of State, Ministry of Economy, Laurent Tirot – General Director of Bouygues Immobilier and Sebastian Mikosz – Senior Advisor to Société Générale CIB in Poland as well as hosts of the panel: Dariusz Tokarczuk and Robert Jędrzejczyk – Gide Loyrette Nouel Partners, Michel Kiviatkowski – Managing Partner of Mazars in Poland and Alexander Konopka – President of Gras Savoye Polska.

The panel discussion is organized within Synergy project, a joint initiative of Mazars, GLN and Gras Savoye in Poland which consists in the idea that three firms offering complementary services addressed to the same group of businesses decided to join their forces to propose a wide range of services to their clients, including audit, accounting, business advisory, insurance, legal and tax advisory on a one stop shopping basis.

Synergy project has been nominated for “Grand Prix CCIFP 2011 – Innovative Business Solutions”, competition organized by the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Poland.
