A few months after TMF Group’s Regional Delivery Centre in Katowice began operations last year, more than 130 people are already working there. This is more than planned for this stage of the RDC’s growth. Moreover, recruitment advertisements have attracted such well-qualified candidates that the Group’s management has decided to increase the employment ceiling at the end of this year from 300 to 350 positions.
TMF Group’s Regional Delivery Centre in Katowice is an independent unit within the global structures of the group. Its employees are part of international teams providing services directly to some of the largest companies in the world, which TMF Group supports in the areas of accounting and tax, HR and payroll,and corporate secretariat.
- We have been intensively recruiting for several months now - initially specialists with more experience, now also promising candidates at the start of their professional career. At the beginning of the year we entered into strategic partnership with the University of Economics in Katowice. We are also in talks with other leading universities in the region. All new employees face a significant challenge of working from day one in an international environment, providing services to some of the largest global companies - says Michał Kościanek, Director of the TMF Group’s Regional Delivery Centre. - Both the level of competence of the experienced specialists who responded to our invitation to cooperate and the aptitude of those with less experience led the head office management to increase the number of vacancies beyond the previously adopted plan. - added Michał Kościanek.
More than 60% of Fortune Global 500 and FTSE 100 companies and nearly half of the world's 300 largest private equity firms use TMF Group's services. The Centre's employees provide accounting, tax, payroll and corporate secretariat services to clients from England, Ireland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, France, Italy, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and even those based in the Channel Islands (Guernsey and Jersey).

The TMF Group's Delivery Centre, established in Katowice, forms an organisationally independent structure from the Polish branch. According to the new plans, it will employ 350 people.
