The provisions on the exemption from the obligation to prepare the local file have no doubt greatly facilitated the transfer pricing reporting process.

In fact, if your company correctly identifies the exempt transactions, you won’t need to prepare the related local file and benchmarking analyses. You will also be able to correctly complete TPR forms, thus being protected from severe sanctions.

However, practice shows that the regulations, even though not new, still raise questions and doubts as to their interpretation.

This is why we are inviting you to the first in a series of tax breakfasts devoted to transfer pricing, during which we’ll answer your questions and hopefully dispel the most common concerns.
