Advocate Michał Steinhagen has joined Dentons’ Insurance and Restructuring, Insolvency and Bankruptcy practices as counsel in Warsaw.

He advises on a variety of insolvency and restructuring matters, representing creditors including multinational corporations and financial institutions. He has extensive experience in the area of commercial insurance, advising both insurers and policyholders. He is co-chair of the Legislation and Policy Subcommittee of the Insolvency Section at the International Bar Association.
