Modern communication takes place mostly on the Internet. Therefore, the question of responsibility for content posted online by, among others, individual users, bloggers, information portals or bots is highly relevant and topical. 

The main areas of focus are copyright protection and the fight against hate on the Internet. However, attempts to regulate these areas are often considered as restrictive to freedom of expression.

Agnieszka Chajewska (Advocate, Partner, Head of the Media Sector) and Agnieszka Choromańska-Malicka (Advocate, Counsel), gave an interview to the Business Insider Polska magazine, in which they explained the legal regulations related to online activity, who is responsible for content posted by bots and how to defend against hate and slander on the Internet.
