The so-called PolishCloud, a standard comprising a practical review of all existing legal acts related to cloud services for the financial sector, prepared by the Banking Working Group at the Polish Bank Association (ZBP), whose main legal advisor is Kochański & Partners, will be presentedon March 12, 2020.
