As a part of "Build the Future" project conducted by Builder magazine, PwC Polska and Bisnode, we invite you to participate in a research study dedicated to the construction industry. 

The construction industry is sometimes called the "industry in continuous crisis" because of its exposure to the changing market conditions. This, at the same time, makes it a kind of barometer of the  economic situation. Interestingly, in times of crisis, other than all previous ones, caused by COVID-19, many segments of the construction industry, in particular general contractors, proved to be resistant to turbulences. Is this a short-term effect? What will happen in the industry in the coming months and years? What are the opportunities and threats for it? Will innovation, diversification and consolidation be the answer to the new economic situation? How will the real estate market change?

We want to answer these and other questions together through a research study, and publish the collected conclusions in a form of report. The results will allow a better understanding of what awaits the construction industry. They will also allow you to compare the situation of your enterprise with the condition of the entire sector.
