Newmark Polska, a commercial real estate advisory firm, has relocated its Warsaw headquarters. Its new office is located in Centrum Marszałkowska, a modern complex in the business heart of the Polish capital.

Centrum Marszałkowska is a Class A+ office and retail complex at the junction of Marszałkowska and Świętokrzyska streets. The building is integrated with Świętokrzyska station, where the capital’s two metro lines intersect, and is well-connected by many tram and bus lines, as well as rail thanks to its proximity to Warsaw Central railway station. Centrum Marszałkowska also provides ample on-site cycling facilities. It has an area of 16,500 sq m, with the ground floor and underground level dedicated to retail and services. The building has been certified as BREEAM Excellent.
