Year 2014 is a special one not only for Poland but also for Mamaison Hotel Le Regina Warsaw and La Rotisserie restaurant. Although they will celebrate their 10th anniversary in September, they would like already to share with you their joy! The hotel has an honour to be your second home for already 10 years and the restaurant with head chef Paweł Oszczyk delights with unusual combinations of flavours and aromas. On this occasion some special offers were created especially for you!


We have a great pleasure to invite all enthusiasts of La Rotisserie cuisine to try out our exceptional gourmet dinner which consists of Paweł Oszczyk TOP 10 creations. It means, you can taste all those compositions which met the greatest appreciation of our guest all in one. You can savour signature Tuna fish carpaccio coated with oriental spices and Prime of guinea fowl baked in cabbage leaves, dry morel sauce. Andrzej Strzelczyk as always will take care of selecting remarkable wines, which will suit perfectly with Paweł masterpieces.


We encourage all wine connoisseurs to participate in a unique evening. On 22nd May 2014 we will organize unusual dinner dedicated to the best wines from last decade. During this exceptional evening the roles will be switched – Andrzej will be in the lead and Paweł will complement and emphasize bouquet and pallete of wines with his delicacies. Champagne Egly, Barolo or Riesling Auslese Max Fer Richter are just the beginning of unforgettable journey.

Intimate La Rotisserie Restaurant is famous for Chef Paweł Oszczyk’s signature cuisine and sommelier’s selection. From Monday to Friday you may try our 3-course business lunch while in the evenings we invite you to discover gourmet menu with dedicated wines selected by the hotel sommelier, Andrzej Strzelczyk, who is Polish Sommelier Champion in 2012 and 2013. Each Sunday from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. we offer five course Linners – perfect for family celebrations and gatherings with friends – and in the summer season you may enjoy our lovely Patio. During Christmas season we organize special events and festive Linners.

Paweł Oszczyk has been working in Mamaison Hotel Le Regina Warsaw since its opening in 2004.
He got his first culinary experience at restaurant Miramonti l'Altro in Brescia, which was rated with one Michelin star. After he came back to Poland he started his almost ten year career at the Bristol Hotel in Warsaw and in 2001 resigned for another great opportunity which was a prestigious Polish Business Roundtable Club in Pałac Sobańskich.

In 1995 Paweł participated in the prestigious “Bocuse D’or” and in 1997 in Second Regional Contest of European Flavours held in France where he won the silver medal. On 5th June 2011, at the closing ceremony of the Dining Guide Food Show, the short-list selection of Central and Eastern Europe’s TOP 10 Best Restaurants was announced for the first time. La Rotisserie Restaurant has been chosen as the only representative from Poland. In the beginning of this year, Paweł was awarded with very prestigious award – Prix du Chef de l’avenir – The chef of the future – by International Academy of Gastronomy.
