NRF, the Dutch-based manufacturer and supplier of spare parts, has come to Panattoni Park Tricity West II, where it leased 32,000 sqm of modern warehouse and office space. It was advised during its search for the optimal facility and the lease negotiation process by Newmark Polska.

NRF is a specialist manufacturer and supplier of spare parts for the automotive, rail and marine sectors, among others. Its portfolio comprises more than 10,000 products. NRF has eight facilities across Europe, including three manufacturing plants and five distribution centres, allowing it to supply premium quality products and ensure seamless deliveries. Thanks to its presence in Poland, it is also well-positioned to effectively manage its supply chain in this part of the world. In its new location in Tricity, NRF will occupy 30,000 sqm of warehouse space and 2,700 sqm of office space spread over two floors of its building.

“NRF was looking for warehouse and office space in Tricity that could grow with its rising order volumes. Panattoni Park Tricity West II fulfils these requirements and features 47 loading docks. The height of the building is another advantage that enables the tenant to increase the number of pallets stored. The facility for NRF was completed by Panattoni, the European industrial real estate leader, which has already delivered over 400,000 sqm of industrial space in Pomerania.

It enjoys easy access to transport infrastructure in its vicinity, including Gdansk South interchange. Panattoni Park Tricity West II is located 8 km from the centre of Gdansk and 17 km from Lech Wałęsa Airport.
