Trident BMC, which cooperates with maritime, shipbuilding and offshore industry clients, will continue as a tenant in C200 Office. It has renewed and expanded its lease to occupy more than 2,200 sqm of office space. The tenant was represented during the renegotiation process by real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska.
Trident BMC is a Trident Maritime Systems company. It provides engineering, construction and maintenance services for shipbuilding companies. This includes manufacturing and modernization of sea vessels. Trident BMC has an established position in its industry – last year marked its 10-year anniversary in Poland. It has completed more than 3,500 projects in the last ten years. Trident BMC has several hundred staff and continues to grow to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
