The company, which is focusing on the further development of its product sales, decided to sell Ortopedicum, which owns a specialist orthopaedic hospital in Krakow. Paweł Mardas and his team from Kochański & Partners advised on the transaction.

Based in Taiwan, UNIVACCO is a world leader in high-tech printing, hot stamping, coating, holographic and digital transfer products. It needed a large office space of several thousand square metres and production halls for its European subsidiary, which it found in the Hillwood Łódź Chocianowice logistics park.
