The Technology Practice at Kochański & Partners has once again been named in the prestigious but challenging Chambers FinTech Guide 2025, which each year recognises only 2% of the world’s top law firms and lawyers.

The NewTech team, comprising Piotr Kochański, Monika Maćkowska-Morytz, Natalia Kotłowska-Wochna, Maciej Kuranc, Mikołaj Kuterek, and Emilia Hejnar, was recognised for their innovative projects, for their courage to create non-obvious solutions, for their curiosity and openness to tomorrow’s technologies, and for an iron discipline when it comes to our clients’ cybersecurity and digital resilience.

The jury also noted their masterful execution of projects in bringing financial institutions into compliance with the digital resilience regulation (DORA), helping clients implement new payment services, and achieving compliance with the requirements of the Anti-Money Laundering Act.
