The firm has joined the Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs), an initiative of the United Nations Global Compact. As a signatory of the WEPs, Kochański & Partners becomes part of an international community of companies and organisations that are actively working towards a more fair, sustainable, and inclusive world.

Kochański & Partners is the first Polish law firm to make this commitment—not for any award or certificate, but out of a deep belief that business can be a driving force for positive change. This marks another step in our ongoing efforts to promote equality, following the creation of our Women’s Club, an internal initiative designed to support the professional and personal growth of women within the firm.
