Kochański & Partners advised PIB Group Poland on the acquisition of RCU Ubezpieczenia, an experienced multi-agency with an extensive network of over 200 intermediaries across Poland and a unique business model.

The Kochański & Partners team conducted due diligence, structured the transaction and prepared and negotiated the transaction documentation.
